1. What type of Nannies does your Nanny Agency place?

We are committed to placing our families with the most professional, experienced, compassionate, and loving Nannies. We place Live-Out full-time Nannies, Part-time Nannies, Temporary Nannies, and Live-In Nannies. Our Agency does not employ our Nannies. The search for the Nanny that best fits your family's needs and unique family dynamic begins once we have received your Family Inquiry Form and Non-Refundable registration fee.

2. What is your process for screening Nanny candidates?

Each of our Nanny candidates are FULLY VETTED.

***CPR/First Aid Verification, Reference Checks, Former Employment Verification, State and County Background Screening (Felony & Misdemeanor), Sexual Misconduct Screening, Social Media Screening, and more.

3. How long will it take to place a Nanny with our family?

We like to advise our families that it usually takes 2-6 weeks on average to place a Nanny with their family. Keep in mind that this time frame is solely dependent on factors unique to your family (i.e., where you live in relation to the Nanny, whether you need a Nanny who can drive, the ages of your children, special needs requirements, benefits, salary offered, etc.). **Currently, Nannies are in high- demand! We are advising all our families to be sure that their job offers & benefits are as captivating as possible. ***

4. What if the working relationship between us and our Nanny fails after hire? Will the Agency find our family a new Nanny?

This is an extremely rare situation, but of course we understand that circumstances may arise that are out of our control. Due to this, our Nanny placement package offers a replacement period of 90 days. If you have not exceeded the replacement period, we will start a new search to find an amazing Nanny for your family!

5. What are the costs associated with hiring a Nanny?

Nannies are considered Household Employees; THEREFORE, you must legally hire Nannies as W-2 Employees.

When budgeting for hiring a Nanny and becoming their employer, there are a few costs to keep in mind.

We require a $300.00 non-refundable Registration Fee for all families plus a Weekly Placement Fee while your Nanny is actively employed. Use our Cost Calculator on our “Fees & Rates” page of our website to calculate your weekly placement fee.

The Nanny's Gross hourly rate. To budget for this, please keep the following in mind:
- Nannies are in extremely high demand.
- A Nanny is the most expensive form of childcare. Daycare rates and Nanny rates are NOT comparable.
- The Nannies we specialize in are currently seeking anywhere from $18-$25+ gross per hour depending on their experience, certifications, degrees, job responsibilities, etc.
- An additional 9.5% - 10% on top of the Nanny's gross wage to account for the Employer's Nanny Tax obligation.
- You will pay the Nanny directly and become their Employer.
