Qualifications

• Legal Eligibility for Employment in The United States

• 18 years of age or older

• Valid Driver’s License/Valid State Issued I.D.

• Fluent in English

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• A minimum of 2 years of professional childcare experience

• A minimum of 2-3 professional childcare references

• Valid Driver’s license and safe driving record

• Have a reliable personal vehicle

• Valid Auto Insurance

• Pass our comprehensive screening process, which includes sexual misconduct screening, social media checks, reference verifications, and criminal and motor vehicle driving record background checks.

• Pediatric CPR & First Aid Certification (or willing to obtain BEFORE working with our agency)

• Successfully complete multi-level interviews with our team

• Passion & Love for ALL children
