Our REQUIREMENTS

• Legal Eligibility for Employment in The United States

• 18 years of Age or Older

• Non-Smoker

• Non-Drug User

• Minimum of 3 years of Babysitting Experience and/or Professional Childcare Experience

• Minimum Education: High School Diploma or G.E.D.

• Provide Verified Childcare References

• Safe and dependable driver with a reliable vehicle and/or dependable transportation

• Valid Auto Insurance

• Pass the Screening Process which includes a Criminal Background and Driving Record Check

• Valid Driver’s License/Valid State Issued I.D.

• Pediatric CPR & First Aid Certification (or willing to obtain BEFORE accepting bookings)

• Interview with Heaven’s Reflection Nanny Agency

• Passion & Love for ALL children

• Must have Safety knowledge, Sound judgement, Enthusiasm, Professionalism, Joy for engaging with children and Love for Early Education

• Respectful of Agency’s & Family’s Confidentiality

• Kind towards Families, Agency’s Members, Teams, and Representatives
